The information and analysis provided by IR35 Verdict is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or professional advice. IR35 status determinations are complex legal questions that depend on the full facts of each engagement. Always consult a qualified contractor accountant or tax adviser before making decisions about your IR35 status.
Compliance Report Purchase
The compliance report is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the instant digital delivery, we are unable to offer refunds once the report has been generated and viewed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, contact hello@ir35verdict.co.uk within 48 hours.
Accuracy
We use 2026/27 HMRC published rates and established UK employment law principles. Tax rates and thresholds change annually. We update the calculator each April but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Verify figures against HMRC's current published rates before making financial decisions.
